Our flexible service options are scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly to ensure peace of mind for your clients and tenants and with our fully itemised electronic invoicing you are able to quickly send your clients their full account statements on demand without the headache of photocopying invoices and statements.

If the property does not yet have a certificate of currency for sale we are only too happy to organise certification on your behalf for your client ensuring a smooth settlement process and full compliance with barrier legislation.
On the completion of the settlement process, just prior to the key exchange, our final service call will ensure a smooth hand over for your client ensuring the pool and/or spa is ready to use the moment the new owners put the key in the door lock of their new home.
After the sale, should the new owners require it, we are able to provide a full induction for them on how their new pool plant works the basics of pool maintenance and the chemicals required for their pool to ensure its continued health.
