Service Calls

A service call is simply a call out for a one off call to your premises.

Whether it be for a one off clean, a pool recovery from green to clean or to fault check, repair or replace a part of your pool plant, Narrabri Pool & Spa Service are the experts in Pool Care and Maintenance and are here to assist you in any way we can.

• Our flat year round call out policy meaning that no matter what the fault our charges don’t change for the call out and labour.
• Call out fee including first ½ hours labour    – $88.00 (inc GST)
• Labour fee per hour AFTER the first ½ hour – $77.00 (inc GST invoiced at 15 minute intervals)
• Emergency A/H Surcharge including P/Hols – 30% on Call Out & Labour Charges only.
• Additional costs will be incurred for any and all parts for fault rectification or replacement and / or chemicals used.

• New pool installation hand overs – Fill, Clean, Equipment Check & Balance 
• One off pool cleans
• Green pool recovery
• Drain, acid wash, refill and balance
• Fault repairs
• Plant installation
